Oh crikey, another fabulous pattern! I love love love the laced ribbon at the back. This is going on my future projects list for sure. Can't do a KAL at the moment as we're doing the Sgt. Pepper, crazy people that we are :-D
That's really cool. I'd never seen Ysolda's blog until now (through yours) - it's got some fab patterns. I might do those mad opera gloves. Which yarn will you use to knit this?
I think I'm going to use wool cotton like Ysolda did but I'm thinking of knitting it in grey with black trimmings, which is unusually subdued for me but I've been knitting with so much pink recently.
I'm on a bit of a yarn diet too but I reckon I'll start Matilda in June or July. Perhaps by then enough people will be knitting this pattern to set up a knit along!
